Step 1: From the drop-down menu on the top, hover your mouse over ‘New,’ then click ‘User’
Step 2: Complete the form for their login and contact information, and then click ‘Add New User.’ It’s that easy!

I prefer to use random password generators and non-standard usernames when creating new users, for added security.
